• Please deliver all guest documents for check-in. Access and use of the apartment is strictly reserved for registered persons.
  • Please report any damage or pre-existing faults. A deposit of Euro 150 may be requested, which will be returned fully upon departure, after checking that there is no damage inside the apartment. 
  • For weekly stays, from Monday to Friday before departure, it is possible to pay the bill at Reception.


  • The internet station is always available for customers.
  • The water dispenser is always available to customers, please do not use more then two bottles per apartment.
  • For customers who use our linen on Tuesday morning there is a change of bath linen, while on Friday morning, for those staying the following week, there is a change of bath linen and also sheets and pillowcases. Please put used linen into the container and leave it outside the door. The container will be replaced by another with clean linen.
  • The air conditioning has to be requested at Reception, it has a daily cost and it varies depending on the type of apartment.
  • For customers who want breakfast, please inform the Reception the night before. The cost is Euro 5 per person per breakfast and is served from 8.30 to 10.00.
  • The solarium is open every day from 11.00 to 18.00.
  • The laundry room is available every day from 10.00 to 13.00 and from 16.00 to 21.00.
  • The trolleys in the corridors are available to customers, please store them in the corridors again once used.
  • The bikes are avilable for short journeys, please request the key at Reception and return them once back. Bikes are available untill 20.00.
  • It is possible to borrow books from the library in the hall.


  • For mutual respect, please be quiet particularly during afternoon rest hours and during the night.
  • In the common areas like porch, bar or solarium it is not allowed to consume food or drinks purchased outside.
  • In case of late entry, if the entrance door is closed, please ring the bell. Alternatively, call the Residence’s mobile number.


  • Please free the apartment by 9.30 and return apartment key, the safe key and, if previously requested, the remote control of the air conditioner and the garage card.
  • The evening before departure, please swith off the refrigerator (turn the knob to position 0).
  • Do not leave rubbish or dirty dishes in the sink, please leave the apartment in decent state to agevolate the cleaning.
